My take on Moxie Fab World : Paper Scrap Challenge.

Hello~ I just made this card for Moxie Fab World : Paper Scrap Challenge.
I just couldn't resist to make this card using my leftover scrap papers! Btw, this is my first time to submit my work for Moxie Fab World. Lol! Just trying something new ;)

I had this frame & butterflies (negative side) which is from a die-cut, that I keep for future use. & the floral borders were meant for a past project but never use it. So when I saw Moxie Fab's challenge, I found this is a perfect opportunity to create something using these leftovers!

All butterflies are from leftover pattern papers (Webster's Pages, Pink Paislee & Basic Grey) that I punched using Martha Stewart's Butterfly Punch.

I really love the outcome :D

Below, is my daughter's simple creation! I think it can be consider as a tag? Lol! Mind you, she's 2 years & 6 months! But she loves creating this stuffs! :D I'm so happy that she's interested in crafty stuffs! Lol!

She was looking at my card & kept saying 'butterfly'. I asked her if she want some? She said yes. So I punched out 2 small butterflies & 2 big butterflies for her. Then I asked her, did she want to stick it into a piece of paper? She said yes! Lol! I gave her the white craft glue & assisted her. She glued it on this leftover brown cardstock by herself! ;)

I found it so cute & couldn't help myself but put some embellishments on it to make it more pretty!!

I decided to put some rhinestones & stamped a sentiment.
Then put those cute looking glass sticker on the corner. :D

I hope to create more with my daughter :)

My First ATC's set of year 2012

Hi everyone ;) hope you're all fine~

Today I want to share you my first set of ATC 2012~ Hahaha.. I really love this set! :)
I used Black Magic Stamping Technique.
Basically you used white stamp on a black paper.

Here is the video that I refer to :)

As you can see below picture, I tried different colour.

1- I stamped the heart image several times on black paper using white ink.

2- I coloured it using metallic colour pencils.

3- I coloured it using watercolour pencils.

4- I coloured it using crayon. This is my favourite.

I dotted all around the heart with white marker pen (I couldn't find white gel pen!).

The outcome:

 Image with crayon.

 Image with metallic colour pencils.

Image with watercolour pencils.

I may put a tutorial on how to make this ATC, if you're interested to know how I do it :)

Thanks for looking~

Digital Tuesday Challenge #152 - Life Is Peachy!

Hello~ Tuesday means Digital Tuesday Challenge! So here is challenge #152 - Life Is Peachy! Means use predominantly peach theme!

I used sponsor digital stamp by Spesch!

If you want this particular image, you can find it here!

I find it hard to use peach only! Lol! But I tried my best & voila!

I'm loving the outcome! After think (yeah, think what to do with peach theme!), I came up with this! Since it's peach theme, I google some peachy quote! I found 'Everything is just peachy!' which was suitable for this digital stamp of Chesire! Then I found the suitable cardstock & the pattern paper.

I coloured the image in photoshop. Then, I cut 2 pieces & stacked it to make it a bit 3D (I really love this simple technique of stacking!Lol!) which I think you all noticed in almost all my cards/tags! Lol! After that, I try to put it on the card but i found it bland! So I ransacked (my already messy stuffs) & found this perfect doilies! But it's white & plain! Don't Fear My Friend!! I found my acrylic dabber & dabbed it copper! It turned out perfect!!

That little tag is a die-cut from Memory Box which I just got that night (on that particular night I also made this card! I'm not patient, so I try it as soon as I got back home! Lol!).

Aaahhhh....Everything is just Peachy! ;-)

Don't forget to check out other DT's work! All of them are awesome!

Digital Tuesday Challenge #151, 'Think Spring Challenge'. As usual use at least one digital elements, be it the image, the paper or sentiments.

This week digital stamps are sponsored by Milk N Coffee.

The digi-stamp is cute right?? This time, I decided to use watercolour pencil for this cute image instead of using photoshop! Not bad for a first timer like me, huh? Hehehe.. I used EK punch for that fence like, I cut out a flower border from Prima's Pattern Paper & put some mini flowers on the 'gate'. Voila!

Digital Tuesday Challenge #150

Hi. Today is Tuesday, what does it's mean? Digital Tuesday Challenge!! I'm sorry that I posted my card late at night. It's 10.30pm here! I was busy today! I got meeting from 2 - 4pm, then went home around 4.30. Then I nagged my dear hubby to bring me to a book fair..but he need to pay his bills. So I compromised, we paid the bill first, then go to the book fair..Only I couldn't go to the book fair because my MIL asked me to bring my daughter to the clinic! Her eyes were swollen & she got runny nose. I had to cancel my plan to the book fair! :( But my daughter's health is more important right?? Wow! It's been a long time I didn't tell you something like this! Hahaha.. Guess, I'm too tired with all these things going around me!

For Digital Tuesday Challenge #150, we got Natascha's Sketch.

This is my take :)
The image is sponsored by Doodle Pantry. If you want this Cuddly Bear, just click here.
I made a very simple card, which took about 20 minutes? :D

Do you believe it, if I tell you that this card is small? Yup it's measurement are roughly 4 inch by 4 inch! This is one of my smallest card that I've ever make! :D

Thanks for looking! ;)
